| comments: i believe another way to harass is when a person likes another that is unachievable to them. and the pursuer continues to act like they want only to be "just friends". purchases things and will NOT accept a refusal,calls daily just to say"hi",ect... but in turn tell stories of how they get revenge on other people that screw them over,etc.. |

| comments: I have been trying to find info on psychological |
| harrassment for my daughter who is harrassed by her father and step-mother because they do not want to pay for college support. Tried to get a restraining order but was told it is freedom of speech. They drive past out house and yell bitch, write letters to public officials and use legal action as a harrassment tool. There is no help for people like us. The police dont care and the courts dont care. |
